Frankfort KY 2025 Flood Victims
After one of Frankfort’s worst floods in history, Heather Mammen led cleanup crews to help neighbors recover. The GLOW Project and Glow’N’Grow organized volunteers and a pickup area for water, toiletries, and cleaning supplies for affected families.
